Thank you for supporting Survivors to Thrivers. All proceeds from our sales help fund outreach, support services, and programs for individuals rebuilding their lives.
Because our items are sold as part of a charitable fundraising effort, the following policy applies:
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website, including auction items and fixed-price items, are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@survivorstothrivers.org
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it when appropriate.
Auction Items
All auction items are sold as-is. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Instructions will be provided after purchase.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.
