Welcome to Survivors to Thrivers. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase or placing a bid.

1. About Our Organization

Survivors to Thrivers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals overcoming trauma and rebuilding their lives. Proceeds from sales and auctions directly support our mission and programs.

2. Purchases & Auction Terms

All items listed on our website may be offered as either:

  • Fixed-price items, or
  • Auction-style listings

By placing a bid or completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All bids are binding
  • Winning bids must be paid in full
  • Auction items are sold as-is
  • Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed

3. No Refunds or Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the charitable nature of our organization and the fundraising purpose of our sales:

  • No refunds or returns are offered
  • No exchanges are permitted
  • All auction sales are final

This applies to:

  • Auction items
  • Fixed-price items
  • Clearance or donated goods

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
  • Survivors to Thrivers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Local pickup is available by appointment only

6. International Orders

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or other fees required by their country

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

7. Payments

We accept secure payments through approved payment providers.
Payment must be completed before items are shipped or released.

Survivors to Thrivers is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect address information provided by the buyer
  • Misuse of purchased items

All items are sold in good faith and for fundraising purposes.
